Woonhave, living at home
We are Woonhave, owner of residential homes for rent. We invest in both new construction and prior-existing homes. But more importantly, we also proudly invest in our relationship with everyone living in our homes. Maintaining pleasant relations with our residents is important to us; and is in the long-term interest of all.

We keep an open line of communication with all our residents, whether you prefer email or phone. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to contact us. In addition to 24/7 support for all maintenance items, Woonhave also provides a resident online portal, “My Woonhave”, which can be accessed at any time that is convenient for you.

Where we’re heading
Woonhave always looks at the long-term consequences of every decision it takes. Whether concluding a lease, replacing a kitchen, or investing in new-build homes, long-term stability is our goal.
There is a major shortage of housing in the Netherlands, especially good quality rental properties that are available at short notice. The internal team at Woonhave manages a total of more than 5,000 homes throughout the country. Woonhave is constantly looking to expand its activities and field of work. We specialize in rental properties. We prefer to add new-build homes to our portfolio by working together with developers or by elaborating plans ourselves in collaboration with municipalities and local residents.
