To rent a home with Woonhave, the real estate agent conducts a file check. What conditions apply? And what do you need to provide? You can read it here!
In general, your gross monthly income should be approximately 3 times the basic rent. The income of a partner can be counted for 50%. Equity in excess of €20,000 can be taken into account for 10% on an annual basis (i.e. if you have equity of €25,000 you can add €2,500 / 12 to your gross monthly income). Different income requirements apply to self-employed persons and pensioners. Please contact Woonhave or the broker for this.
For a more exact calculation, you can fill out the Rent Calculator, which can be found at Our Properties.
