Woonhave targets a stable investment return with a positive impact for our various stakeholders. Our long term investment strategy impacts people, society and climate. We manage this impact in a practical, active and sustainable manner, aiming to remain future proof company, as part of the Dutch society.

In 2023, with contributions by our stakeholders, we have assessed our vision for the key themes where Woonhave can have a positive impact. These themes include energy efficiency, CO2 emissions, safety and professional control of all our business activities. As an example of our focus in this area, the graphic below shows and important part of the sustainable progress, reflected in the improved energy labels in our portfolio.
