It’s possible that something breaks in your home. We understand that this is frustrating, but we’ll do our best to solve the problem as quickly as possible.

You can easily report a problem (in your home or in the building) through My Woonhave. You can also call us, of course. We’ll be happy to assist you on working days during office hours. In the event of an emergency, we’re available 24/7. Problems cannot be reported by e-mail.

What’s the process for reporting a problem?

  • Notification: you report the problem through My Woonhave. Is the problem urgent? Please call us: +31 10 268 5555
  • Review: Woonhave will review your request
  • Schedule: If a technician is needed, an appointment will be made with you
  • Repair: The technician visits your home and carries out the work
  • Aftercare: We ask you whether the work has been completed, in accordance with your expectactions.
