What kind of maintenance do you, as a tenant, have to take care of yourself?
The Minor Repairs Decree applies in the Netherlands. This is the basis for our Maintenance Guide. Here you can see which maintenance is for the tenant and which maintenance is for the landlord. As a rule, the tenant must take care of minor repairs himself.
