26 new-build townhouses in Edam

Living in an energy-efficient new-build home? It’s possible in Edam! 26 high-end, gas-free single-family homes are being built on the former site of the ‘De Botter’ primary school. The houses feature an impressive 4 bedrooms, a luxurious bathroom and a kitchen with built-in appliances. There are also solar panels on the roof, of course.

The homes are expected to be completed around the summer of 2024. This forecasted date of completion may change during the construction process.
