Woonhave Expands Portfolio with New Development in Waddinxveen

Just before the end of 2025, we reached an exciting milestone: last Friday, the agreement was signed for 30 newly built apartments in Waddinxveen. The project offers a diverse range of social housing, mid‑rent units, and private-sector apartments, with space on the ground floor for a childcare facility.

The development is in trusted hands: Waal Bouw, the contractor that previously delivered the Wolstraat project in Rotterdam, will also be responsible for this one. Demolition work will begin on 5 January 2026, and completion is expected in early 2027.

With this project, we strengthen our position in Waddinxveen and add a valuable mix of homes and amenities to our portfolio.
