Willem consists of 22 social rental properties and 40 medium-priced rental properties, perfect for young professionals, couples without children or single people who are looking for an efficient living situation close to the center of their beloved city, Utrecht.

The two-room apartments are divided into different housing types. The apartments on the east side are accessed via an inner corridor and on the west side the houses are accessible via a gallery. Do you want to take adventurous bike rides through the city? Bicycles can be stored in the spacious communal bicycle shed on the ground floor. There are 17 parking spaces for your car.
