Projects under construction

Currently (Q4 2024), Woonhave has 4 projects under construction, with more than 150 new rental homes being built in various cities, towns, and villages.

In addition, we’re planning to build additional new homes at three development sites. Our rental properties are suitable for a diverse range of prospective tenants. Woonhave builds homes for those on an average income, the free market, and social housing. The long-term quality of the homes is an important starting point, through which we strive to achieve harmony with the social environment and the residents of our homes.
